Short Visit to Dajue temple

It was the most relaxed and tiresome day yesterday. We were invited to visit Dajue temple and we didn’t bring Joy with us due to the blowing wind and long distance, and that was the wise decision as we concluded afterward.
Nice sunshine, but a bit wind blowing. We took a long drive, not only the long distance but the bloody traffic during holiday. We arrived at the temple at noon. It’s quiet place to take a rest in, and not so many tourists because its not a very popular Buddhism temple for praying. The most attractive part was that you could settle in for a night or two to relax yourself with woods surrounding and fresh air around. Unfortunately we couldn’t take advantage of that cos we had to come back before evening for caring our kid.
This temple, originally called Qingshui or Clean Water temple, had been built in Liao dynasty and restored several times in Ming and Qing dynasty. Emperor Qianlong in Ming dynasty used to give his calligraphy for one of the panels in the temple. The most impressive thing in it was the huge trees that had been well preserved, including almond trees, pine trees.
We took long way back due to the wrong way we took. We drove more than 300 kilos on the road. Anyway, good for my car after maintenance the day before.
